Accessibility Statement

Commitment to Inclusion

D&D S.N.C. is committed to making both our boat-tour experiences and our digital presence accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We continually strive to improve usability in line with best practices and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Measures We Take

Physical Accessibility of Our Boats

Our standard craft is a traditional Venetian open launch with one step (approx. 30 cm / 12 in) from the pier to deck. Handrails are installed port and starboard, and a narrow wheelchair (max width 55 cm / 22 in) can be accommodated if the user can transfer to a fixed seat.
If you require a fully ramp-equipped or larger vessel, please let us know when booking; we collaborate with partners who can supply an accessible boat, subject to availability.

Compatibility

The website is designed to work with the latest two versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver. It should remain functional in browsers released up to five years ago, though visual presentation may vary.

Limitations & Alternatives

While we endeavour to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA, some legacy third-party content (e.g. interactive maps from external providers) may not yet be fully accessible. Where this occurs we offer alternative text-based directions or downloadable itineraries.
